Our Data Processing Addendum

Olamee Corp.'s Data Processing Addendum (DPA) supports compliance depending on where your data subjects are located, this may include the GDPR, UK GDPR, the Philippine Data Privacy Act, or other laws. The DPA is incorporated by reference into our Master Terms of Use and the Agreement (as that term is defined in the Terms of Use), and it supersedes any earlier data processing addendum in place between you and Olamee Corp. When you sign up for an account or use Olamee Corp. Services, you accept both the Terms of Use and this DPA.

Sign our Data Processing Addendum

You do not need to take any further action for the DPA to apply — it already binds both parties through your Agreement with us. If you would nonetheless prefer a countersigned copy for your records, the DPA (which includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK Addendum) can be downloaded, signed, and sent back to us at legal@olamee.com. Please note the account name, username, and/or email address tied to your account when you do.
